The planned dates for performing activities and meeting milestones. The master project schedule integrates and synchronizes individual project schedules and is an important deliverable for the Planning Phase.
A schedule of estimated project deadlines produced during the planning stage.
A calendar that links the tasks to be done with the resources that will do them. Before a project schedule can be created, the project manager must have a work breakdown structure (WBS). It is usually part of a project plan.
