In Ardaea, this is the person who is ultimately in charge of the game. This person will be responsible for dealing with new applications, making sure that everyone ends up subscribed to the list, and dealing with any other membership issues such as inactivity. In the event of a dispute between other writers that they cannot resolve themselves, the moderator may have the final considered word. The moderator in Ardaea is not responsible for the plot or for making sure your characters have something to write about, but if there are questions about the world or setting, then the moderator may be able to offer answers or suggestions.
